WELCOME TO
NURSES COTTAGE

Cute and cosy are the watchwords at this immaculate stone cottage tucked away down one of Tissington’s narrow streets. In a former life, it was the District Nurse’s premises; however, these days, it’s much better equipped to offer some well-deserved respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Its picture-perfect...

exterior gives way to an open-plan living and dining area with a farmhouse-style kitchen. Given the size and layout of this inviting ground-floor space, it’s perfect for a couple looking to spend plenty of precious time together, even if meal prep is probably best left to one (though the dining table does double up as a convenient veg peeling station).

FEEDBACK FOR
NURSES COTTAGE

Quaint and Beautiful
The cottage was so quaint and beautiful. It is down a very quiet lane, and we met a lovely neighbour who was very friendly and welcoming! Inside was exceptionally clean, with a comfy sofa and cosy little fire, a well equipped kitchen, and a shower with plenty of hot water, we both also slept really well! The welcome basket & milk were a lovely touch and put a big smile on our faces after a long, cold, wet day, dog walking! I stay in the Peaks a lot and will definitely be rebooking in the future. This is by far the best place I have stayed so far, I would highly recommend the Nurse's Cottage!

Thank you to Debbie & Richard for the wonderful stay.

LOVELY!!
A lovely little cottage which we have passed many times & always wanted to stay. The last Christmas our daughter gave us a weekend here as our present. It’s so beautiful & is ‘just us’. We had everything we needed. We’ll certainly be here again, And look forward to it very much.

Thank you.
The cottage is, as always, immaculate and an excellent base forour holiday in the Peaks. The flowers were much appreciated.
